This appointment is to ensure you have a clear understanding of the practice and my approach, and to make certain I can meet your needs and expectations.
The Meet & Greet is not a medical appointment. However, if you’re interested in joining Vitality Family Medicine, I’ll give you information at that time on how to become a member and schedule your first medical appointment.
A quick note:
I prioritize exceptional care for my current patients over rapid practice growth.
Because of this commitment, Meet & Greet appointments are typically booked out 2-4 months. Additionally, it may be another 2-4 months before your intake appointment can be scheduled. In effect, this means we have a 6-8 month waitlist.
